Especially when the download pdf option on the Cambridge North webpage gives the Cambridge map!Well, that's not going to be at all confusing for bus drivers.

In the NR easements file, other than a temporary doubleback last month due to engineering, two easements refer to Cambridge South, and they are just updates to existing negative easements.
700119 Circuitous Route Customers travelling from Shelford via Royston to London Kings Cross, London St Pancras, Faringdon or via Faringdon, may not travel via Cambridge or Cambridge South. This easement applies in both directions.
700120 Circuitous Route Customers travelling from Shelford to London London Liverpool Street via Audley End, may not travel via Cambridge or Cambridge South. This easement applies in both directions.
Only until 27 September?Updated last Thursday:

Customers holding Season Tickets to Cambridge may travel beyond this destination to
Cambridge South between 27 June and 27 September 2026. This Fare route easement
applies in both directions
An (Any Permitted Off-Peak Day Return) Ely to Cambridge South ticket doesn't seem to currently work the barriers at Cambridge North, which is a bit of a pain. Haven't tried at Cambridge itself yet.
Ely-Cambridge has always worked fine at Cambridge North (indeed, I don't think I've ever bought a ticket explicitly to Cambridge North).
