I've read somewhere on here that some TOCs send their trainees to other TOC to be trained up, I assume it's because they are under the same company as a whole (GTR). What I want to know is, is it possible for this to happen if you are in two talent pools ie Southeastern and Thameslink?

I think alot of people will tell you just check the forum and you will find all the information you need. I would agree with all of them, I've been through the recruitment process and everything I needed was on here I can't stress that enough. At the end of the day it's your choice and money...

I think this may be true. I had an email yesterday "Thanks but no thanks". I feel really gutted for the Ashford lot waiting all that time for nothing! It sacred me for the position I'm in right now. To everyone waiting in a talent pool keep everything crossed and pray we all get through.

I applied in March, assessments in June, interviews in August and now just waiting for medical and start date. Who knows how long the wait will be.

I'm in the same boat as you have you or anyone else spoken to HR recently to see if it's ok to have two applications ongoing within the same company (GTR as a whole) for the same position?
