    Okay, thanks again. I'll buy a proper ticket... but theoretically, I could legally be on London bridge, because I touched in at Maze Hill. However I cannot take a train to Gatwick without touching out (although I have a proper London Bridge -- Gatwick ticket). Is that correct?

    As far as I know this is not the case when you have oyster travelcard - see telstarbox's message. Thanks all, i'll just get a Mazehill - Gatwick ticket

    Thanks for reply. I understand I would be charged Zone 1 fare if I touch out. The question is, do I have to touch out? Or I can just change train and take off the train in Gatwick using a valid ticket (London Bridge - Gatwick) purchased at Maze Hill?
