Yes that's correct. It is infuriating that companies expect people to apply for jobs without indicating what the salary is. 27K is excellent, 18K is rubbish! Are there any SWT employees who can confirm the Ticket Office rate of pay?

Thanks very much for all the replies. This business of getting rid of Ticket Office staff is shocking. 18/19k is really bad compared to other TOCs. I guess that's why they are not advertising the salary. Very disappointing.
