Thank you all for your replies. Wouldn’t it seem suspicious the fact that my details was used the the Oyster is registered at the same address as where I live?

I can get the Oyster card but not a letter as he lives abroad. I could probably ask him to scan me when he gets back but that would take few weeks. Surely they will ask why he gave my name and address?
