    Latest is that they have written to me for confirmation I was the person that gave that name & address and for me to explain what happened. I now just wait to hear from the prosecution team. I admitted my error, gave my side and said I hoped it could be settled amicably. i.e. not by prosecution!

    That is what surprised me, I wasn't given the opportunity to pay. I continued my journey on the Underground for which I paid from Stratford - Tottenham Court Road. I bought a single ticket to Witham for the return journey last night.
