The 100 is no longer a contract managed by SPT for Glasgow City Council. Glasgow City Council never advertised the route this time, Community Transport Glasgow are operating on a social enterprise agreement.

Traveling Scotland get their data from SPT, due to evolving situation SPT are currently not processed service data as there is no way of keeping up they have had 2 years worth of service changes in 3 months.
Bus times get there data from the Traveline Data Set, the chain is currently broken really
The buses will be fitted with an auxiliary heater. They are renowned for letting off white smoke periodically.
I believe the fault ADL are looking at is to do with the exhaust gases ingressing to the cab
Cummins have two sites in Ward Park Cumbernauld, one is a workshop (pictured in the media) and a production facility on the opposite side of the M80.
I would be surprised if the workshops were to be closed, they are quite busy.
The 302 route operated by Garelochhead Coaches the section between Lochgoilhead and Carrick is very narrow. During the school holidays the Dunoon bus meets it on this section.
It really depends on the mileage it clocks up annually, it may be high mileage and the repairs may out way the a new bus every couple of years, or if the work is contract service work, they work it in the price to replace the bus every couple of years.
Abellio Rail Replacement organise the coaches for Serco, but trying to get a coach at 23:00 on a Friday night will be really hard given the location of the Fort William Breakdown
The turn around time from tendering through to start on contract is very short.
The majority of the runs require 70+ seats, a size Carrs currently don't have our hunch is at least 1 70 seat coach to complement the private hire fleet.

As the Schools have been retendered early the Schools require to be belted.
