Im a bus driver with Stagecoach, and we have inspectors who wear a special inspectors uniform and they do get on random buses and they do check passengers tickets and check your time keeping (you can get reported for early running) however inspectors have no authority over vehicle condition...

They are crap buses to drive - its quicker to walk then drive one of them.....though this is an M reg one Im talking, the J reg ones are only slightly quicker....
