LNER Delay repay dispute
I travelled from Leeds to London Kings Cross on the same day on the 12:15. We arrived over an hour late, but when I claimed they said the train was 39 minutes late and offered me £18.73, i.e. 50% of the ticket price). I've just phoned through to LNER Complaints on 0345 722 5333 and have spoken...- Wheldon
