I was in the first class that why I got out from the first class exit door. However they have asked no one to confirm that I was seated in the first class or they didnt check the CCTV. As explained before this doesnt matter for them and make no difference.
There were kind of doors separating the section but it was on the same carriage. It was obviously first class section which is something I have admitted to the inspector when he asked me.
It does not matter if I was in the first class or not or if i was seated or standing as the inspector does had any proof. What they assume is that as you exited from the first class door it means that you were seated there. end of story. Can you please advise me the best way to proceed. Thanks
