Is it normal to be trying for a long time for a trainee driver position before you are successful? By successful I suppose I mean that you pass the interviews required etc and are offered a position. I only ask because i'm an impatient so-and-so!

I was thinking about that too. It seems a bit strange that they would have interviews first.... Just curious too, because I can't remember seeing it anywhere, what is the pay like for a trainee driver at Northern?
