Just stop publishing fictional timetables every 6 months. Cut down services and concentrate on running a smaller service well.

The company will have preferred chain to stay with in the big towns and cities. Other hotels will be looked at in remote areas. Smaller companies will use a company credit card and the big ones will have centralised accounts to book with.
