travelled on the london underground railway without having previously paid the fare and with intent to avoid payment thereof
in other words i used a child ticket travelcard (£2.00) to travel around london but unfortunately was caught and tried to convince them i was under 15 when i clearly...
i meant i was caught for fare evasion and they sent me a letter saying i was being summoned for caught and on their website it says if you are convicted of guilty it will carry a criminal record but that was a lie becuase i pleaded guilty and was convicted guilty but i didnt receive a criminal...

I got done for fare evasion on London Underground and just pleaded guilty you don’t have to turn up they give you option to plead guilty and not turn up and they wil just give you a fine, mine was £150 which I would take any day over a criminal record.
