I've had a strike claim declined on the basis of 'the picture was too large, please resubmit'. May be a technical issue with their system but to be declining smartphone images only creates more hoops for the passenger to jump through, and less likely to claim again.

Just a quick question about the Two Together railcard; If two people travel together, but with different tickets (ie 1 with point-to-point, and 1 with a rover/ranger product), thus purchased in separate transactions, is this still valid? Many thanks.
