Sundays are outside and GTR are on 80k from october and if you work 2 sundays a month its at least 93k a year. Theres always overtime. The railway relies on it. They do advise new trainees not to do any the first 6 months but this is advice only...

I can guarantee the drivers job would be more then a 10k pay increase. The figure you see on the job advert is the minimum you will make. If you factor in overtime and working sundays its very easy to hit 100k+.

Personally if i was stuck somewhere, and I knew id be there for a while, and control were not picking up, I would apply common sense and open my doors. Its not a safety of the line incident because I havent lost concentration and stopped out of course etc.

They are one of the lowest paid toc with the most intensive doo work. Even with this pay deal they still probably not earning as much as other tocs

Wrong, Everyone knows the 6 questions for the MMI. Its been posted here thousands of times. And im sure before you do the computer tests they even give you the 6 questions on a piece of a paper to fill out briefly. My assessment day was over 6 years ago so I can vaguely remember it.
