My feeling is that most people consider Eurostar to be a separate mode of transport to the rest of the rail network, so comparing it to TOCs such like LNER or South Eastern probably doesn't make sense to the public in some ways. I suspect people say they'd take "the Eurostar" in the same way...

Hammersmith (H&C) -> Hammersmith (District) via Paddington, Liverpool Street, Monument, Earl's Court (there's also Paddington (H&C) -> Paddington (District) via a similar route but I guess they count as being on the same line these days!)

Though it doesn't meet the criteria completely of one station name being completely contained in another, it seems worth mentioning the TransPennine Express services that call at all four of: Manchester Airport, Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Oxford Road, Manchester Victoria.
