It says you have to live within 40mins to be considered, i live over 40mins away but would move immediately if i got the job. Would they take this into account or just write me off straight away?

In the application process it says you have to live within 40mins of the depot. I live alot longer then that away but im willing to relocate if im offered a job. Will they accept this or will they ignore my application when they see i live a few hours away from the position im applying for?
