Are you placed into the talent pool AFTER the Driver Manager interview?

I spoke to HR on 18th June and might have been able to help with your answer. I have been waiting a long time too (6 months) and I got my update from HR at GWR. Spoke to Janet (or Janice) and she was very helpful indeed. She's now setting up my medical screening.
