Freightliner Various Trainee Drivers

Could anyone advise the correct position if someone passes all Freightliner tests to national standard but fails one of their enhanced standards? Does this enable the candidate to reapply to other companies, or does it require a delay of 6 months (and if so is that only where the other company...
