i only mention penalty fares as that fine is 20 compared to mine which is 100,so if id been traveling north of truro the same fare would have 80 cheaper fine is it best to ask them for a copy of their revenuespolicy and a copy of rpi report. im unsure whether 100 is a standardised fine or...
