I started on the Railway Jan 79 at Coalville Depot as a Traction Trainee, Drivers Assistant and eventually a Relief Driver and Registered in 1987, I got redundant in 1990, and went to Bescot, after 3 years I transferred to Saltley, 7 years later I went to Toton and in 2002 went to Derby Midland Mainline, EMT, having spent 10 years of the passenger side I returned to the freight with FLHH, in 2016 after almost 38 years I got redundant, I've still very much got the Railways in my heart and am writing what I hope will be my 3rd book, I'm married with 3 grown up children.
