3x assessment’s Maths Mechanical knowledge English I found the mechanical knowledge the hardest, as it was more to do with forces and weights and angles etc. You have to pass all three to progress. Good luck !

The way EMR do it was Paper tests Video interview Computer tests I didn’t get passed the video interview unfortunately, but you live and learn. I just find it disappointing when am limited because of my height. I could understand if it was for safety reasons, but it has never been a issue before.

I was successful in the interview stage with DB for this position for the east mids and had a start date in April , boots ordered too ! Due to the pandemic, understandably it was all halted. Hopefully soon I hear some encouraging news , as more companies get back to work.
