Hi all , do we have any confirmed timings for the tour ? Booked on from Leicester but slightly concerned no tickets arrived yet !
many thanks all , looking forward to a good day out
3x assessment’s
Maths
Mechanical knowledge
English
I found the mechanical knowledge the hardest, as it was more to do with forces and weights and angles etc. You have to pass all three to progress. Good luck !
That’s a shame , sorry to hear that. I have no mechanical background, and when I seen that test I just thought I wouldn’t have a clue ! I basically just looked at each Question logically , but they did say it’s something you can learn. I would assume books can be had, forces , friction etc. Was...
Hopefully your interview went well, I had a start date with DB as a mobile operative for east mids for April , but training was put on hold. Hopefully if they are interviewing, that’s a positive step in the right direction for me too. All the best
The way EMR do it was
Paper tests
Video interview
Computer tests
I didn’t get passed the video interview unfortunately, but you live and learn.
I just find it disappointing when am limited because of my height. I could understand if it was for safety reasons, but it has never been a issue before.
Looking at this position and have some questions, I was successful last year in passing the paper tests for a drivers role with EMR but never got the chance to take it any further , would you put this down as taking the OPC tests ? Also the height restrictions, I am over the threshold for height...
I was successful in the interview stage with DB for this position for the east mids and had a start date in April , boots ordered too ! Due to the pandemic, understandably it was all halted. Hopefully soon I hear some encouraging news , as more companies get back to work.
Also didn’t make the cut this time , even though I thought I did okay at the video interview given the time frame and nerves, oh well at least I have stage 1 under my belt. Good luck to everyone else. Could it be that being on here and possibly having a edge over other candidates has gone...
Afternoon everyone, I took the tests on Tuesday afternoon and received my email today to say I passed ! I thought the glop test would have got me , so am really pleased. Having gone through the test paper for stage 2 , to the people who have sat it , would you say stage 2 is more difficult? My...
may i just say actually in real life if you are on the straight it is possible to build up power from notch one then when in motion straight through to notch 5, north from leicester is the best for this 8-)
