Parking Pedley Street Crewe

What are the chances of getting a parking space at Pedley Street Car Park Crewe on a Saturday Morning at about 11am. My understanding is that there are over 500 spaces available for cars to park there, seems like a big car park. Also is there any way of reserving a place there.
