GWR have started doing it in locations where they have depot drivers. But as I said upthread, Great Eastern/One/NXEA/GA did it this way for years on the GE side of things.

They always used to do this on the GE side, then moved away from it. So looks like they're back to it

I frequently see posts from a guy who's DCR groundstaff on LinkedIn, and seems like he gets where water doesn't! London based, but he has been to pretty much every railhead that DCR use. Previous adverts have posted pay around the £38k + allowances mark.

Unfortunately I'm not sure tbh, I have never done enhanced tests so can't comment All I know is if you have passed, if you retake them and fail, you lose your initial pass
