    Thanks for this amazing webpage/software For some reason when I try to download the Android App google tells me "you are not allowed to download this app in your country" .(Australia) Is this intended or just an oversight?

    Why would people cancel or change a ticket where they will get nothing back at all. Still getting my head around UK ticketing system. Very confusing to an outsider
