Yes - there's currently a trial version of the TfW app which lets you add railcards; as far as I understand it, it's supposed to charge you the non-PAYG Railcard walk-up fare, if it's cheaper. (I had to fill in some missing taps, so I'm not sure whether it's worked yet.)

You have to press and hold buttons for them to work; though I believe TTK may have blocked the app server-side now for devices that haven't been properly registered, so you might not be able to get the necessary decryption keys from their server anymore.
