Penalty Fare Notice Question

Hi, To cut a long story short....if the inspector (LOROL) who wrote my ticket noted the time as 07:15 and not the actual time of 07:40 do I have a case for the ticket being invalid? This will be my last appeal! Any info would be much appreciated.
