They should never be allowed to declassify 1st class, people have paid extra (double) for it, why should they put up with the "riff raff" on cheap standard class tickets.

What should be borne in mind is that soon EC will not be serving Glasgow Central, so that means you should have 3-4 sets of Cl.91+Mk4 stock "more" available.
