Rail Simulator Re-skins

Hi all, I would like some advice on re-skinning for rail simulator please... My query is that I can convert a TgPcDx file to dds format for editing and back to TgPcDx, but when in RSBinTool it always refers the re-skin image to that of the file path for default loco and not that of the file...
