Limited numbers, traction knowledge still heavily retained for 255s especially. 150s is less common especially now. We all still sign 159s thanks to when they were regulars along the Swindon to Gloucester line lent from SWT/SWR.
Gloucester is now a West Train Manager depot coming under GWR due to the HSS and Conductor depots being merged from 2022. Gloucester traction is 150 (dependent), 158, 159, 165, 166, 800, 802, 255 (dependent)

Friday 13th, Saturday 14th, Tuesday 17th & Wednesday 18th December 2019:
I did partake in several rail journeys around the Somerset, Wiltshire and South Wales area with a FOSS (Freedom of Severn and Solent Rover 8 in 15 days) on both these days as well as a fun trip to the North West to clear...
I'm heavily reliant on the fake Co-op ;). Nice to do so many trips with you and spend so much time with you. SWR strikes have been a pain and stopped so many things that would usually be achievable (West of England shacks, Redbridge to name a few) and it was annoying how on both attempts to do...
Oh yeah the ticket barrier thing was a miracle haha. None of us expected to go through. I've done Redhill to Tonbridge a few times but only ever in the dark so I've no idea really. I've done the North Downs Line from Reading only as far as Blackwater so I'll have to do the rest sometime.
Oh yeah looking forward to all the inevitable via Barnham and Horsham trips in the pipeline. The ticket barrier thing was amazing and I can't get over it either.
Thank you and I do intend to clear to Reigate and shack it from Redhill without having to endure the boredom of Reading - Redhill on a Turbo which I have heard so many negative reviews about from friends. Still need to clear Blackwater to Redhill at some point though...

Saturday 7th December 2019:
So I intended to start a thread consisting of trip reports when I first started using the site more often however I'm not always so good at sticking to things such as this however I have made a promise to myself to try and report every trip I do starting from one I...
Glad to have shared/been apart of your first European interrail experience with you, was a great time and we all need to do another! Also watch out for the red caps ;)
Wednesday 14th August, Kent to Nürnberg:
The first and arguably longest day of my 7 day global interrail pass consisted of the long journey from Kent and London to Bavaria/Bayern after many failed attempts to look at an efficient way of crossing into Germany or elsewhere including looking at...
As long as you have your legs and arms covered you'll most likely be fine. They usually wait on ferns and low bushes around knee/leg height. Just be careful and wary.
That doesn't surprise me, the refurbishment is probably being rushed as per with GTR. I'm just glad they're renovating the infrastructure and features along there.
