Thanks Mintona. I've just been reporting what progress I could see from the roads as I'm usually driving around that way. Hopefully it was useful.

All the running wires and ATF wires now go west at least to the Bradley Viaduct over B4058 Bristol Road near Winterbourne Down and beyond as I saw yesterday. I didn't go down the M4 this weekend so didn't see whether they have made it to the blue bridge yet.

Not sure if it's worth pointing out as it'll presumably all go up in the near future with the Parkway blockade anyway....but the section of the line on the viaduct over Coalpit Heath going over Badminton Road has all catenary and contact wires up and the ATF wires. I don't know the state of play...

Minor update on the blue bridge over the M4 near Bristol Parkway. The auto transformer feed wire is up on both up and down lines. There is also a higher cable in place at the top of the masts on the up side whatever it is - the down one is yet to be installed. The wires currently all terminate...

I can't see an update on this as yet so I will add that driving down Shire Way in Yate last night I could see that the catenary and contact wires are now all in place around the curve towards Cheltenham as far as the limit. Whether the other wires are in place I didn't notice.
