Talking to the Siemens lads today, the HVAC will shortly be getting a software update that will lower the saloon temperature as well as adjust a few other HVAC technical parameters.

Air pressure - Not a problem on GN and same line speed. Sounds like a maintenance issue to me. The wiper arm must have come loose for it to fall off, which should have been addressed on exam at Shields depot.
