    Blackpool - Manchester Electrification

    I spent Friday with a Lancashire day ranger. From what I could see the elecricfication of the line line north of Manchester so far has been a waste of money. Now only 1 electric service per hour from Victoria to Preston as all Blackpool services go via Manchester Piccadilly. No electric service...
