4th of Jan, short notice for my current employer but I’m sure they’ll understand.

I’m in the same boat, had my medical 3 weeks tomorrow! Cutting it close if I am to start in Jan now.

Let’s hope they do. You basically get a verbal pass/fail at the end of your medical, you just need the drug and alcohol test results for the go ahead and waiting weeks for a urine test that you know you will pass is crazy!

I’ve been offered the Exeter job, so Bristol would be handy! Just waiting on the medical results, when did you do you medical ?

I was lucky enough to be told the next day after my interview. They said at the end of my interview that I was the second to last to be interviewed and then they would be doing the grading the following day. So I guess it all depends on how many more had to be interviewed.

So had my medical last week, the chap said there was a 3 day turn around for the urine test. the recruitment team has hinting at a January start, anyone been officially loaded onto the Jan course ? Times getting close for giving notice in work !

Hey Woody, yeah I’ve gone for it as well and haven’t heard anything back yet. Hopefully we will hear something back soon.

afternoon all, sorry to bore you all about this but could someone who has been interviewed recently give us a insight into the 8 NTS. Obviously they’ll ask you the routine interview questions and questions on Safety but when it comes to the NTS will they cover all 8 or just a few to get enough...

Evening all, quick one, if you have applied for 2 signaller roles (very close proximity to each other) and are lucky enough to get through to interview , do you always get a interview for each role or do they sometimes interview for both roles at the same interview? thanks

Yep, I’m finding it a struggle as well. Articulating my customer service experiences in my career is not quite the same as your standard customer service role. I just hope they will see through my babble!

Yeah I got my results (as in pass or fail) the evening of my assessment. No further detail on the standard of the results tho. Check you emails or your online application page.
