    C2C Depot Drivers

    A depot driver with c2c will go on to become a mainline driver as a natural progression within the company, subject to performance and availability. The average time to do this is probably about 18 months. c2c don't take trainee drivers from anywhere else.

    I got the same email too, but I put it down to either being slightly too honest in what I would do in some of the situations as I tried to make a compromise most of the time. I'm fairly sure that if they used ethnicity to filter out applicants that would be discrimination and therefore illegal.
