I never see them in the morning but on my way home, they're there. So between 3 and 5 or so. They probably get there earlier than that and stay later but that's when I see them. And they're not there every day but I haven't noticed any pattern.

I didn't really want to say, but it's City Thameslink. I've never seen anything like this either. It's just people in the station selling crap from a little card table. They're there periodically. Usually in the afternoons. Most days, but not every day.
