Aye, but the coverage issue is surely contradicted by the wifi being available anywhere? Each method has it's own pro's and cons.

My dad was on citalopram... And had to inform his work (he worked trackside) and this did have an impact on him working on trackside... Obviously, it isn't trackside for you, and the problem isn't the same as yours - so as others have said - doesn't hurt to tell them. Better be safe than sorry!

Well, everywhere was hit hard before and after Christmas really. Eurostar as has been said was hit before and over the Christmas period, whilst FTPE, XC and EC were all hit after and some before Christmas. This isn't even going into the problems Southern suffered due to the third rail problems...
