    Deidmoos, how long was it roughly for you between the closing date on the post and hearing from Scotrail. I have just applied for the post which closed 27th Nov and I am just looking for a rough time frame. Awaiting short listing. Thanks in advance.

    Hi everyone, I have just recently applied for a trainee train driver post at Glasgow central with Firstgroup. I was wondering if anyone had a rough idea of the timescale between the closing date and when the line manager releases the short listed applicants? Thanks Steve
