LUL are indeed Train Operators. If you live near London, I have it on good authority that they will be looking for station staff in the New Year. So keep an eye on their website. They are training station staff who have been promoted now so that's the way in. They will never recruit for DROPS...

Anyone come across this? You take 2 hours out of your life to fill in an online application form in the best way possible. You send it in and wait weeks. Just after the closing date, a muppet 3rd party firm sends you an online assessment. All good so far. Or is it? The online assessment...

The way employers usually get around this one is with the statement..... "If you haven't heard anything by blah blah date then assume you are unsuccessful".
