The above is incorrect, yes the position is now closed to external candidates but that is only because the quota of external applications has been reached, internal candidates have more time...internal and external applicants will all be considered for the positions and the best candidates...

I haven't heard of TOC's using video interviews before, is it a live one or one of the ones where you can do it at any time as the questions are pre-recorded? Good luck, let us know how it goes!
