We went with Kingsfisher on Cumbrian Mountain Express on 5th July and paid £450 to sit in the Pegasus Pullman. Although the actual tour was OK, despite them changing the set down from Carlisle to Appleby, the service was the absolute worst I have ever ever received. Have written a long letter...
