it depends on whether you emailed the specific recruiter or the noreply email. If it was the latter you might not get a response. Unfortunately it can be hit or miss getting replies if you haven’t progressed to the next stage given the volume of candidates.
I think two attempts is the right amount. The only reason for the second attempt is to give the benefit of the doubt in case the candidate was stressed or didn’t know what to expect.
The OPC have said in the past that candidates who are successful in their second attempt perform the best during the training course. The ability to learn from mistakes is crucial during any training course.
All I got was an email saying passed VSE and they are arranging OPC dates. I emailed them saying I’ve already completed them with a different company but never got a reply.
You should have been sent practice material which contains all you need for the assessments. The Assessments & Medicals discussion goes into detail of what to expect in the tests. GTR do the assessments in East Croydon or Watford.
