I have waited 5 months to hear back and all of a sudden I have been offered four interviews in two weeks.

Just got an invite to assessment 2 for a grade 4 signalling role.
Has anyone been through the process recently? Any advice on what to expect?

Do signalling jobs only go external if there are no internal applicants? Or if there are not enough internal applicants to make a suitable pool?
I guess what I want to know is are internal applicants always favoured over external. I assume the answer is yes but.....

The actual NR tests were a lot easier than the SHL example tests. I don't think the pass threshold is set too high, because I passed and I properly f***** up the verbal reasoning.

I would go almost anywhere to accept a signalling job. I currently have ten applications under consideration for locations up and down the country. Whether they will look unfavourably on candidates who have to relocate I have no idea...
Maybe someone who currently works for NR can enlighten us?
