I would say go for both and if offered both make your decision. Have to do whats best for you and your career. I know of plenty of people who have been is similar positions and never had any trouble
Myself and a fair few others wont be able to work an 8 hr roster at our current location due to tge fatigue of travelling everyday.

I'm assuming the 18% flexi is a typo. We do have a few grade 9 links though, London bridge lower level and the core links. Lewisham / Grove Park is a shoe in for a bump up as well once the paperwork goes in given that the rest of panel 5 is coming over from london bridge asc in a few months
