Also not permitted by the airport company for NX drivers to sell tickets at Heathrow. As far as I am aware, the NX Drivers Handbook doesn't completely prohibit drivers selling tickets at staffed sites or where there is a ticket machine, only stating that if time permits, passengers should be...
The one journey per week on service 170 to and from Cheshire Oaks is timed to connect to and from Bus Eireann service 871 which calls at Cheshire Oaks en-route between London and Dublin. Through tickets are sold by both BE and NX.
Slashing services leaves poorer choice and less flexibility for passengers to rebook, so they'll do the same as Mike99 and look elsewhere, never to return.
I'm astonished at some of the cuts. For example on some midweek days you cannot get from Birmingham to Bristol before lunchtime.

I was unaware printed TfWM maps were available. I haven't seen any in the West Midlands since the pandemic. Do you mind me asking where that came from?
nBus is not valid beyond Wrottesley Park Road, Perton, on 10A, according to the tinted area indicated on TfWM's current Wolverhampton bus map to be found at https://www.tfwm.org.uk/plan-your-journey/discover-the-west-midlands/local-area-maps.
nBus is valid to Kinver on service 242, which is further west than the one above.
In Coventry, check if any stop on service 8 at Cross Point Business Park is slightly further east than the one above.
040 issue confirmed as a technical problem. Bookings should now all be showing correctly on journey planner post-6 September although the timetable page has yet to update.

They were also late to the party for convenience stores, compared to Tesco and Sainsbury. The company opened its M Local stores in 2011 but disposed of them just four years later, then later still decided to invent Morrisons Daily.
Approaching Chester on a TFW service from Llandudno today, after a useful rundown of connections and their platforms: "We are arriving into platform 4A which is a particularly low platform so unless you are wearing a parachute today please do take care when stepping down from the train."
It's an airport company rule for which I've never seen any official explanation but have always assumed it is to reduce dwell times while loading. Especially at Central Bus Station, Heathrow only wants coaches stopping long enough to load and unload and then move off, parking elsewhere or going...
Driver of scheduled service 131 @ 1520 ex-Huddersfield to Birmingham (operated by Stotts) taken ill at Leeds. J&B hired to cover remainder and 2030 return from Birmingham.
Exactly. With most NX journeys from Liverpool to London taking over 7 hours now, and Flixbus offering several daily journeys in 6 hours, it will hardly be surprising if NX passenger numbers fall and further service reductions leave Liverpool with even fewer choices.
