Yeah just after I sent my last post the other day I checked my emails and found the reserve list email from a Mr Alex Skerten, also stating that people with the best interview scores are picked first and not first come first serve.

I was told last July my interview was to a high standered and I am on hold waiting for confirmation on vacancies to arise in my chosen depo of Gloucester and still waiting, there was no mention of reserve, i think talent pool was mentioned, not sure if thats the same as reserve i would guess it...

Well going just of whats been said on this forum, there only seems to have been an April course on offer no sign of a march one, so if mach was in the plan then they have already changed it, and dont take my word for it about the four courses from june onwards i was just repeating what ML said...

Well, my email said a couple of weeks so i usually dont take that to actually be 2 weeks it usually isnt, but who knows lets hope it is. Also i found it interesting the way the email was put to me, "we will let successful candidates know in a couple of weeks" i thought considering i had passed...
