    at Irish Rail TVMs when buying walk up tickets if purchasing a Young Adult discounted ticket you have to enter the first 6 digits of the Leap card which is a pretty good way to go about it imo

    Aer Lingus moved to this model during COVID , with a free 10kg checked bag or chargeable unless you have status etc. Works quite well imo
