    What it is, i have not yet been signalling school etc as I am working as a MOM but always wanted to be a signaller - passed the online tests etc just never got an interview, I am looking to move to reduce commute times, better property prices and nicer work locations etc.. I would of course...

    What percentage can all the nights, weekends etc equate to of the annual salary? 10% 20%? I feel there is so much room for interpretation, grade 7 on 12 hour shifts? Come the end of the year all that unsociable hours must add up on top of the annual salary?

    Just been offered a role, Basic pay is generous! Can anyone advise me of how much nights and weekends can equate to on top of the basic pay? Pretty sure it’ll be a 12 roster as far as I know
