Hi Dave, I have only recd two letters so far both from northern rail. The letters are only threatening legal action. I have not had a court summons yet but I call northern rail today and they said i would be taken to court.

The only letters I have had are from northern rail. It is a charge of 81.50. They told me today I would be taken to court. I can only presume they will now be taking legal action.

It was the second letter it sad if they had received my letter to explain what had happened and that the fine still applied. I still have the tickets and I sent them photocopies.

I called northern rail today as I received a letter saying I still had to pay and they told me they would take me to court.

In sept 2012 I was taking the short journey from mill hill to blackburn. There was no ticket office at mill hill and no one came on the train. When I got to black burn I went down the ramp only to find there was no ticket office. At blackburn it is on the middle of platform 2. I am not from...
