IRO Degree
Yes I've completed both the Diploma and Degree courses, part funded by my employer. In terms of its value I guess it's like any degree in that it gives you a broad understanding of the subject (railway operations) and it looks good on the CV. What makes a good Operator?
As a member of the IRO, and a professional railwayman, I'm curious to know why the IRO (I'm assuming that you are officially representing the IRO) is seeking the views of members of a general railway forum as to what makes a good operator.
